Delivery

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes. We deliver to the whole of the UK by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.49) or Tracked 24 (£4.49). We don’t deliver outside the UK yet; EU delivery is planned.

How long does delivery take?

After despatch, Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 in 2–3 working days and Tracked 24 the next working day. These are estimates, not guarantees.

My order has in-stock and preorder items. When will it ship?

Orders containing both are normally sent together once everything is available. Email us if you’d like to discuss separate delivery.

Preorders

When do I pay for a preorder?

Payment is taken in full when you order.

When will my preorder dispatch?

Preorders are expected to dispatch on the release day shown on the product page. Release dates can change. See Upcoming Releases for current dates.

Choosing a product

What’s the difference between a Booster Bundle, an Elite Trainer Box and a Booster Box?

A Booster Bundle is 6 booster packs and nothing else. An Elite Trainer Box has 9 packs plus a promo card, 65 sleeves, Energy cards, dice and a storage box. A Booster Box has 36 packs and is the best value per pack. Read our full comparison.

What’s different about a Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box?

Pokémon Center editions usually contain 11 packs instead of 9 and an extra promo card with a Pokémon Center logo. Each listing shows its exact contents.

If I buy a Mini Tin, which design will I get?

Mini Tins are sold as one tin with random artwork. Contact us if you’re hoping for a particular design and we’ll try to help.
